11. What is Bulk Rum?

Rum from separate barrels is bulked together before blending to ensure that there is a high degree of consistency in the final blend. Our rums are designated either as Heavy-Type or Light-Type: the strength varies between 70% - 80% alc./vol.

Aged Bulk Rums are available in: 1 yr, 3 yrs, 5 yrs, 8 yrs, 10 yrs. We have a limited supply of bulk rum aged 15-25 yrs old.
